We had lovely weather to collect mistletoe and wander around the Senoia area! Nan and I went shopping and it wasn’t too crazy on Black Friday, but then, we hit the antique and thrift stores, not the big corps!! Made for an enjoyable and relaxing day. Collector’s Corner and Rockin’ B were great places to stop, and I did find a couple pieces of cobalt, as well as a cute little ceramic retro dude on a motorcycle to put under the bike tree. I also had my first peek into an Anna’s Linens. Santa found a lovely bed-in-a-bag for the master bedroom there!
The weather warmed up and we did quite a bit of exploring in the woods and at some local sites. Elder’s Mill, Starr’s Mill (part of Sweet Home Alabama were filmed there), and the quaint Main Streets in the local towns.
This video is a collection of some of the nature shots that I took while at Tom and Nan’s. Also a few shots of John and Tom on the Ct-70 and the ST-90. Enjoy and have a blessed Holiday season…
